1. Material selection and stock
Everything starts with the right material. We keep sheets, rods and tubes in PTFE, POM, Nylon, HDPE, UHMWPE, PP and Bakelite, in a range of sizes and grades — virgin, filled, and specialty versions such as glass-filled or FDA-compliant stock. Having material on the shelf is what lets us move fast.
2. Precision machining
Plastics need different treatment from metal. Our CNC and conventional machining uses sharp, polished tooling, controlled feeds and gentle clamping to avoid heat and distortion. For tight-tolerance work we rough-machine, stress-relieve, then finish — because a part that measures perfectly today can move tomorrow if the internal stresses are not managed.
3. Inspection and documentation
- Dimensional checks against your drawing and tolerances.
- Material certificates and compliance documents on request.
- Batch traceability so a part can always be traced back to its material lot.
4. Packing and shipping
Parts are cleaned, protected and packed for the journey — whether that is a domestic courier or a sea-freight pallet. We handle export documentation and work with your freight forwarder to keep things simple.
