Products
We supply both stock shapes (sheet, rod and tube) and fully machined custom parts in seven engineering plastics. Every material is available in a range of grades to suit your application.
PTFE (Teflon)
Polytetrafluoroethylene — the most chemically inert plastic known, with the widest service temperature range and the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material.
Typical uses: seals, gaskets, bushings, valve seats, electrical insulators, chemical pump parts, food machinery components.
Key properties: −200 to +260 °C · chemically resistant · non-stick · excellent electrical insulator · low friction
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod / Tube
- Custom machined parts
- Modified grades (glass / carbon / bronze filled)
POM (Acetal)
Acetal (POM-C / POM-H) — high strength and stiffness with excellent dimensional stability. One of the easiest engineering plastics to machine to tight tolerances.
Typical uses: gears, rollers, bushings, conveyor components, pump parts, automotive interior parts.
Key properties: low moisture absorption · fatigue resistant · low friction · dimensionally stable
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Custom machined parts
Nylon (PA6 / PA66 / MC)
Nylon — tough, wear-resistant and with excellent sliding properties. Cast (MC) nylon is available for large wear parts and components.
Typical uses: wear pads, rollers, gears, bearings, guide rails, conveyor parts.
Key properties: high toughness · wear resistance · good sliding properties · oil-resistant
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Cast nylon (MC)
- Custom machined parts
HDPE
High-Density Polyethylene — lightweight, impact-resistant, and resistant to moisture and most chemicals. Food-contact grades available.
Typical uses: tank linings, cutting boards, chutes, marine fenders, outdoor and food-industry parts.
Key properties: low density · impact resistance · chemical & moisture resistance · food-safe grades
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Custom machined parts
UHMWPE
Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene — outstanding wear resistance (up to 10× that of carbon steel), self-lubricating and impact absorbing.
Typical uses: conveyor wear strips, chain guides, hopper liners, food-industry parts, sliding surfaces.
Key properties: extreme wear resistance · self-lubricating · impact absorbing · low friction
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Custom machined parts
PP (Polypropylene)
Polypropylene — very low density with excellent chemical resistance and good fatigue life. Easily welded for fabricated structures.
Typical uses: chemical tanks and linings, ducts, laboratory equipment, battery cases.
Key properties: lightweight · excellent chemical resistance · good fatigue life · weldable
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Custom machined parts
- Welded fabrication
Bakelite (Phenolic Resin)
Bakelite (phenolic resin) — a thermoset plastic with excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation, dimensionally stable under load.
Typical uses: electrical insulators, switchgear components, commutator parts, jigs and fixtures.
Key properties: heat resistant · excellent electrical insulation · dimensionally stable · low creep
Available as:
- Sheet / Plate
- Rod
- Custom machined parts
