HDPE is a low-cost, highly versatile engineering plastic with excellent chemical and moisture resistance, good impact strength and very low water absorption. It is easy to machine, weld and fabricate, and is available in food-contact and UV-stabilised grades.
Its combination of toughness, low weight and chemical resistance makes HDPE ideal for tanks, linings, cutting surfaces and outdoor applications.

Grades & Modifications
Supplied in natural and coloured HDPE, including FDA/food-contact, UV-stabilised (outdoor), anti-static, and high-molecular-weight variants for improved wear performance.
Machining & Fabrication
HDPE machines cleanly and is highly weldable for fabricated tanks and structures. We offer CNC routing, turning and milling, plus butt- and hot-gas-welding for large assemblies.
