Project Description

Filled Graphite Sheet,Polytetrafluoroethylene is basically corrosion resistant to all chemicals. Except some fluorides and alkaline metal liquids, it has excellent mechanical properties, including anti-aging resistance, especially for bending and swing applications. Outstanding flame retardancy, excellent insulation properties, extremely low water absorption, and a series of unique properties such as lubricity and non stickiness.

1. Temperature resistance —It is able to work stably between -180°C to +260°C.

2. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance —Applicable medium includes oil, acid solution and almost all chemical materials.

3. Excellent non-sticky property  –With low friction coefficient it easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.

4. Anti-aging, weathering resistance.

5. Excellent insulation property.

6. Filled material: Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO4, SiO2,  glass bead, polyamide. 
Even if PTFE products have excellent properties, like high/low temperature resistance, chemcial resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric superiority and high lubricity, sometimes we still need to improve its hardness, wear resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability.

1. Seals: Graphite filled PTFE rod due to its good wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, often used to make seals, such as gaskets, O-rings and seals.

2. Sliding parts: The good wear resistance and low friction coefficient of graphite filled PTFE rods make them ideal for making sliding parts, such as bearing sleeves, sliding gaskets and sliding rings.

3. Conductive applications: The conductive properties of graphite filled PTFE rods make them suitable for some conductive applications, such as electrostatic elimination, electrodes and grounding parts.

4. High temperature application: Graphite filled PTFE rod is suitable for some parts in high temperature environment, such as heat exchangers, high temperature pipes and valves, due to its high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity.

All in all, graphite filled PTFE rods are widely used in various industrial applications in chemical, electronic, mechanical and other fields due to their wear resistance, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and chemical corrosion resistance.
