Project Description

Expanded PTFE sheet is made of 100% expanded P.T.F.E. by using special process that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure with a great lot of fibers running in multidirection. These create a soft and pliable, yet very tough gasket that has excellent resistance of pressing, creep relaxation and cold flow.

Expanded PTFE sheet possesses universal resistance against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal, fluorine at liquid and gas states. It can be stored without any time limits and can seal uneven and damaged flanges

1. Low density: Expanded PTFE board has a low density, making it a lightweight material, easy to handle and install.

2. Excellent chemical resistance: expanded PTFE plate has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and can resist a variety of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, solvents and so on.

3. Excellent high temperature resistance: the expanded PTFE plate can maintain stability in a high temperature environment, and its melting point is 327℃, which can withstand high                   temperatures.

4. Excellent insulation performance: the expanded PTFE plate has good electrical insulation performance and can effectively isolate the current.

5. Excellent wear resistance: expanded PTFE plate has excellent wear resistance and can resist friction and wear.
